He is the chairman and Managing Director of Tristar Surveys Limited. His company is representing Beckmann & Jorgensen International Ltd., Antwerp, Belgium, an inspection company with worldwide network. His company is also one of three companies enlisted with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) to carry out quantification of all bulk and bagged cargos imported by Bangladesh. His company also carries out pre-shipment and post-landing inspection for many overseas clients. He is involved in two other companies in the names of " Seasafe" and " Marine Electronics Service" . The former licensed to carry out servicing of inflatable liferafts and all other safety equipment including FFA, the latter licensed to import, export and service all types of navigational and communication equipment.
