Forkanul Quader (6th)
We are deeply saddened at this shocking news of early demise ( Innah...razeyoon) of another younger brother.

May he find a place in Jannatul Ferdous and may his family find the strength to bear this & move on. This obviously reminds us of our temporary life span in our material world.

May you all stay safe & healthy for years to come may we all live as a family together.

Being in South Shields together, I became rather close to him. Certainly, he was a good hearted man, soft spoken, well mannered, one that was liked by all. Let us pray for the salvation of the departed soul. Our thoughts and prayers are also for his loved ones left behind. Thanks.

This is shocking. I, Rana, and Farid shared the same house in South Shields while doing my Mate's. There was always a lot of laughter with him around. Now, he is gone, this seems unreal. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. Rest in Peace.

It is very sad that we have lost a fellow mariner just at the start of the new year. We have just been wishing Happy New Year to each other but this in no way is a happy start. Very sad indeed! I did not know that Munir from the 11th Batch has been suffering from illness for a long time. My thoughts are with the bereaved family and I pray for the departed soul.
Best regards

Golam Kibria, Chief Engineer, Dhaka
My deepest condolence to the family and friends of Ali Munir Rana sir. I remember many days that we worked together on various occasions. He inspired me in every possible way he could in anything that i did. He was a nice and simple human being. he was way too simple for this complex world where we pass our time for a predetermined period and eventually leave without any notice.

I had met him is square hospital once, a few months ago, but he did not tell me he was seriously ill. May allah, the ultimate destination of all of us, place his soul in eternal peace, in the jannatul ferdous. Ameen.

Alamgir Islam, Chief Engineer, Dhaka
What a sad news. Ali Munir Rana sir & I joined IRISL way back in early 2000 & had some good time together with others. We were chief engineers in different ships but used to meet together in the evening during out ships stay at Bandar Abbas. Time flies.

My deepest condolence to his family. May Allah forgive him & grant him a place in Jannat.

Last week, we the 17th batch boys have lost their friend Capt. Nihar Kanti Sarkar, who died at sea on board M/T Seafrontier, a tanker he was commanding. May his soul rest in peace as well.

with deepest condolence,
