[ Courtesy Mohammad Monirul Islam (29th) 10 Sep 2000 ]AMR ( Advanced Diploma in Marine Engineering) graduates from Singapore Polytechnic are eligible to complete their Bachelors degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, in 14 months.
AMR is accredited by the University of New Orleans. So all the credits earned in the Singapore Polytechnic will be transferred to the University of New Orleans. As a result AMR graduates can obtain four years US graduation only in 14 months.
This degree, offered by the University of New Orleans, ranks number one in the USA. Even ranks higher than that offered by MIT.
A student can switch over to other related engineering for their MS.
