All these American news papers reported the massive rape of Bangladesh had been a crime without precedent of the modern history. Extreme of victims and eyewitness tell how trucks load of Pakistan soldier and their collaborator sop down on village after village at night rounding up women by force. Most of them were raped on the spot otherwise known as hit and run rape. some where even carried off to the military compound to the cantonments.

There is no question that any one who participated in genocide in Bangladesh should be brought trial as people had been brought to trial with regard to atrocities in World War-II. There is no exception in my mind that those responsible what happened in Bangladesh in 1971 still should be brought to trial in international establishment on international law. Unfortunately we have not yet got our act together so we true have an international justice. But I think that first small steps had been taken in last two episode of genocide. I think it should be, justice should be brought there on what happened in Bangladesh. We should not be forgotten simply because many people on the side of the world do not know about Bangladesh.

Very same thing has happened in Rwanda and Volcanoes and else where in the world and we have set up an international tribunal. But what happened in Pakistan the world community did not stand behind the Bengali issues the number of what they called geo political reason.

As I listened to some of the Jews holocaust survivors and I hear them now the old man and old women telling their story knowing their suffering they went through and suffering their family went through will not be forgotten. It has helped me to know that how important is it that we speak out that it goes to crime against humanity, goes to the Nuremberg trial model that victims know that there can be a way of the world preventing farther horror like they experienced. One of the other thing is that nobody can escape that they have tortured and abused that nobody can just set up their life and taken another identity and feel that what they did so many years ago will be forgotten. That's why I think the experience that of the Bangali people need to be brought forth. It is never ever too late to bring forth the stories of what happened to those men those women those children back in 1971 that world opinion and the court that the next generation that not only the Bengali but other to the outraged can be translated into action so that the people now at this time of life do not have to experienced that what Bengali did in 1971.
